Stein and the UFO

New Democratic Candidate for NJ Second District Gary Stein on a working vacation in northeastern Pennsylvania, in a heroic and selfless act of bravery, saved the entire Monroe County region from invasion by an unknown number of UFO scouter planes and spy drones. Stein remained remarkably steady and composed during the fierce battle that took place upon the roof top of his campaign manager's home, without losing balance or footing.  His weapon of choice was a green energy solar powered American manufactured leaf blower. Candidate Stein, whose motto is compromise and reason, said he first tried to reason with the creatures before resorting to the more aggressive means of removing the threat.  The accompanying real-time picture shows the Congressman-to-be using his skillful mediation technique, where he gave the UFO force three chances to retreat. "Unfortunately," lamented a modest Stein, when the compromising exercise failed, "It pained me but I had to blow the creatures out of the atmosphere to save the country."  Stein later said he believed the pilot inside the lead plane attempted an alien mind meld to thwart his defense, but using amazing self-control and determination, he was able to resist the take over. The citizens of the Poconos plan to honor Stein with a motorcycle cavalcade down Main Street Stroudsburg on his birthday in July at which time he will be presented with a complimentary 2010 Harley Davidson Wide Glide. The entire Poconos owes you a debt of gratitude and regret that we can not vote for you in the upcoming New Jersey Congressional primary and election.
