LoBiondo keeps congressional seat

By JOEL LANDAU • Staff Writer • November 3, 2010 Daily Journal of Vineland

....."Boy, what a difference a couple of years make," LoBiondo announced to the room.LoBiondo admitted to having big butterflies in his stomach, but felt he ran a good campaign by keeping in touch with the people year-round instead of just at election time.

....The congressman said he heard frustration and anger ....... "They want results," LoBiondo said. "They want Cumberland County common-sense solutions and results that they aren't seeing in many of the policies."

Stein said the totals are about what he expected. The Egg Harbor City resident wants to run again for office, but was upset with the local Democratic leaders who did not actively support his candidacy."No one congressman is that indispensable," he said. "If people are that angry they should put their money where their mouth is. Don't expect people in other districts to throw out incumbents if they are not willing to do the same here."
