May 5th, all's better.  We got a "letter to the editor" going in on Thursday.  Not the letter I wanted, a completely different letter, but WE'LL TAKE IT.  Here's the "letter to the editor" that Jim Perskie, rightfully, rejected.

Journalism 101; "When a dog bites a man, that is not news, because it happens so often. But if a man bites a dog, that is news."  Applied to politics it might go something like this.....Column B candidate for Congress, scorned by local Democratic establishment clique, turns the tables and WINS June 5th primary in upset, now well positioned for fall election.  In other words, Democrats could really give the Republican Incumbent something to worry about in the fall, if the Column A candidate, with all the inherent advantages in a primary election, loses to me, the Column B candidate.

I summed up my candidacy pretty well on fb the other day when I said this..." (I'm) Sooo weary of asking .... are you fed up with big gov't but you're also so fed up with avaricious private health insurance companies or you have no health insurance .... I'd represent you. Are you just plain fed up with phony, never tell ya what they're really thinking candidates, never mind elected officials... I'm your guy. Are you plain fed up! Yea, me too and I'm getting tired of asking U .... please "like" this page http://www.facebook.com/GarySteinForCongress2012 .  I luv you all, now how about 3 "likes" for when I check in tomorrow. Nite all."

Hoping many of you think outside the box and vote Column B on June 5th, and I promise a lively general election campaign.  As of today, the Pat D'Arcy Democratic machine handpicked Column A candidate, is as quite as a church mouse on the issues.  If Ms. Shober refuses repeated requests by me, stated on many different radio programs, to debate her Column B challenger on the air, and make her positions known, I'm pleading for the electorate to go Column B in protest.  We'll (disgusted voters and me) make state wide headlines, together, the morning of June 6th.
