4/4/2012  One week and three days since the gangster Pat D'Arcy handpicked his ex-law partners wife as the Regular Democrat endorsed candidate.   The medical malpractice attorney's wife has not been heard from in all this time.  2 entries on fb have been taken down, someone asking if her feet have touched the ground, and one friend asking if she's all right.  Another entry from several weeks ago is also missing; Ms. Shober's posting that the Democrats (all D'Arcy's doing) are looking for a candidate to run against Frank LoBiondo ... should she run?  Is she, Ms. Shober, "all right" as of 4/4/2012, about midnight EST?  I don't know, nobody knows.  While we wait for Cassandra to chime in, maybe tell us where she stands on the issues, what her strategy will be, who's pulling the strings, etc., a quick google search (see search results below pics of D'Arcy) reveals this about the newcomer who wants the Congressman's job.

p.s. Lady you messed up my best laid plans.  Don't think you're going to just ride to the nomination cause you got Column A, and not tell us a little more about yourself.  Wow, that's no preperation for the big guy, Lobi.

Atlantic County Democrats choose freeholder, 2nd District U.S. House candidates

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP — Atlantic County Democrats on Sunday picked their slate of candidates to challenge three Republican incumbents on the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders.

Ventnor attorney Stephen P. Dicht will run for the 2nd District seat, Atlantic City attorney Colin Bell will seek an at-large seat, and Hammonton resident Erica Polito, a teacher in Port Republic, will vie for the 5th District seat.

Democrats selected their candidates during their convention at the Clarion hotel.

Republicans currently hold an 8-1 advantage on the freeholder board.

Dicht will challenge Atlantic County Freeholder Chairman Frank Formica. Formica, a Margate resident, is seeking his second term on the board. The 2nd District includes Longport, Margate, Somers Point, Ventnor and parts of Atlantic City and Egg Harbor Township.

Polito will try to unseat Hammonton resident James Bertino, who was appointed to the board in January 2011. The 5th District includes Buena, Buena Vista Township, Corbin City, Egg Harbor City, Estell Manor, Folsom, Hammonton, Mullica Township, Weymouth Township and parts of Hamilton Township.

The at-large race will pit Colin Bell against Hamilton Township resident Frank Giordano. Giordano is seeking his third term on the freeholder board. At-large seats are contested countywide.

Also on Sunday, Democrats endorsed Ventnor resident Cassandra Shober as their congressional candidate. She will run against longtime incumbent U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo, R-2nd. Shober is marketing director for her husband’s law firm.

LoBiondo was first elected to represent the sprawling 2nd District in 1994.
